- Nature of Services
Aminucash provides digital and online services. Due to the nature of digital services, returns are generally not applicable once a service has been delivered or accessed. - Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
A duplicate payment was made for the same service.
Payment was successful, but the service was not delivered due to a technical issue on our platform.
A system error caused an incorrect charge.
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Aminucash. - Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of mind after service delivery.
User error, including incorrect information provided by the customer.
Services already completed or accessed.
Delays or failures caused by third-party providers beyond our control.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

Customers are encouraged to contact Aminucash directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. - Policy Updates
